Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Experience:

1. Extensive experience in project management within R&D or Manufacturing labs preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Proven track record of leading RFPs for IT solutions and overseeing LIMS upgrades.

Skills:

1. Strong consultancy skills with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
2. Excellent project management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and execution.
3. Familiarity with lab systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN, CDS), QA workflows, and data management solutions.

Knowledge:

1. In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, including GxP standards.
2. Expertise in vendor evaluation, system validation, and deployment processes.

Soft Skills:

1. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
