We are looking for a results-driven, innovative, and motivated IT Project Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
As an IT Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure rigorous monitoring and effective execution of the ERP project from the IT area, focusing on plant and warehouse processes, driving continuous improvement, operational traceability, and cross-functional efficiency.
- Lead the ERP project monitoring, ensuring proper collection, documentation, and implementation of departmental requirements, along with planning and managing meetings to ensure alignment.
- Oversee the evolution of the ERP from startup to stabilization and continuous improvement phases, maintaining internal control.
- Manage IT validation process documentation, ensuring quick responses and coordination.
- Analyze, design, and implement process improvements in ERP modules related to operations, quality, logistics, and maintenance.
- Collaborate in internal validation processes of the ERP system according to GxP standards.
- Coordinate functional and technical teams involved in each project phase, promoting agile and results-oriented work.
- Ensure traceability through proper documentation of ERP processes.
- Participate in strategic digitalization initiatives involving operational systems or integrations.
Assessment Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
- 5+ years leading or managing IT projects, preferably in Pharma/Biotech sectors.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation, particularly in SAP Business One, with a focus on scalable, integrated processes.
- Knowledge of operational processes in regulated environments (production, quality, logistics, maintenance).
- Understanding of IT systems validation processes (21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5).
- Knowledge of PMP, PRINCE2, or Kanban is advantageous.
