Formación

• 5 years of experience managing IT or digitalization projects.
• Experience in industrial or automotive environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Join Our Team as an IT Project Manager at EBRO Factory!

At EBRO , we’re accelerating the digital transformation of our operations and industrial systems. We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology projects that drive innovation, efficiency, and integration across the factory.

Your Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT projects : from requirements gathering and planning to implementation and rollout.

Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Engineering, Logistics) and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and risk assessments.

Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and internal IT standards.

Drive continuous improvement and promote agile practices within the IT team.

What You Bring

Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.

• 5 years of experience managing IT or digitalization projects, preferably in industrial or automotive environments.

Solid knowledge of ERP, MES, WMS, and IT infrastructure.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party providers.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English and Spanish .
