SystemsAccountants is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the setup of IT infrastructure in Madrid, Spain. The role covers end-to-end delivery, coordinating with global IT teams, local stakeholders and suppliers to ensure readiness for business operations.

The successful candidate will have proven infra project management experience, including setting up new offices, with strong stakeholder and vendor management in a global environment. Hybrid/onsite work arrangements apply.

Formación

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering infrastructure projects.
• Experience setting up IT infrastructure from scratch for a new office or operation.
• Experience managing infrastructure, networking, connectivity, hardware and workplace IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience working within a global/international organisation.

Responsabilidades

IT Project Manager - Infrastructure Setup

Location: Madrid, Spain

Contract: 6 months initially

Working model: Hybrid / onsite presence required

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the setup of IT infrastructure in Spain for their large-scale global organisation.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of the local IT infrastructure setup, working closely with global IT teams, local stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure everything is delivered on time and ready for business operations.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering infrastructure projects.
• Essential: Previous experience setting up IT infrastructure from scratch for a new office, site, entity or business operation.
• Experience managing infrastructure, networking, connectivity, hardware and workplace IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience working within a global/international organisation.

This is an initial 6-month contract with the opportunity to play a key role in establishing the IT infrastructure for a major global business in Spain.
