Novalith Advisory is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data centre developments in Madrid, Spain. You will manage projects from planning to handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring safety, schedule and budget adherence for mission-critical environments.

The role requires a mechanical/industrial engineering background, proven data centre delivery experience, and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful project outcomes

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, industrial or technically complex construction projects.
• Experience in consultancy, client-side or principal contractor environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services, MEP coordination and commissioning processes.
• Excellent commercial awareness and project management capability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Madrid, Spain

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading international consultancy supporting the delivery of major data centre developments across Spain.

As demand for hyperscale and colocation facilities continues to grow, you will play a key role in delivering technically complex, mission-critical projects for some of the world's leading technology clients.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will manage clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders while overseeing all aspects of project delivery throughout the design and construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale data centre projects from planning through to handover.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risk registers and reporting.
• Coordinate design teams, contractors and specialist consultants.
• Monitor project performance, quality, commercial objectives and programme milestones.

The successful candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of complex building services and mission-critical environments, coupled with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

You will ideally have:

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, industrial or technically complex construction projects.
• Previous experience working within a consultancy, client-side or principal contractor environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services, MEP coordination and commissioning processes.
• Excellent commercial awareness and project management capability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
