SystemsAccountants is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the setup and migration to a new Madrid office and related sites across Europe. You will manage IT infrastructure and operations projects end-to-end, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and smooth workplace set-up during relocation.

The role requires strong communication in English and a solid background in PMI/PRINCE2, Agile or Waterfall methodologies, and a track record of delivering

• IT project manager with experience in office setup or site relocation.
• Experience in IT infrastructure and IT operations project management.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the setup and migration to new office locations in Madrid and wider European countries end-to-end.
• Project Management of IT infrastructure and systems set-up.
• End-to-end IT project management: engage stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth relocation.
• Track and report project progress, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Define milestones, monitor progress and manage internal/external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage risk and resolve issues.

IT Project Manager - Infrastructure and IT Operations

A global company is looking for an experienced IT PM to lead the set up and migration to a new office location. Working with business stakeholders and the IT PMO, the role will manage the set up and successful relocation / migration to new locations and office spaces, including setting up, testing and deploying IT infrastructure and systems.

The role:

• Manage the set up and migration to new office locations in Madrid and wider European countries end-to-end
• Project Management of IT infrastructure and systems set-up
• IT Project Management: End-to-end delivery including engaging with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure a smooth new office / workplace set-up
• Track and report on Project Progress across assigned scope ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• According to the project plan: define milestones, monitor and report progress and manage stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage risk and resolve issues

Requirements:

• IT Project Manager with prior experience in office set up / office opening or site relocation
• IT infrastructure and IT Operations project management experience
• Strong communication skills in English
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies: PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall or similar desirable

Location: Madrid

Type: Interim contract (6 months initially) with possibility to extend.
