Formación

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as IT Delivery Manager.
  • High levels of organizational, autonomy, self-motivation.
  • Fluency in English (C1 minimum).

We are looking for

Your role in the team

Responsabilities

  • Own and coordinate IT delivery projects through the full SW lifecycle
  • Manage relationship with business users from multiple areas and regions across the organization
  • Manage projects budget, track actuals against budget;
  • Translate business requirements to functional and technical solutions aligned with IT application and architecture teams
  • Manage relationship with existing IT suppliers / partners on a day-to-day basis, track supplier / partner performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as IT Delivery Manager for software development (complete lifecycle) in Mainframe / Microfocus (Cobol / CICS / DB2) environments
  • Knowledge of investment funds and asset management functional domains
  • Team leadership and mentoring skills. Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a well performing team;
  • High levels of organizational, autonomy, self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results on complex IT projects to the appropriate quality, cost and timeline metrics, with good judgment and ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle, software development processes, IT operations processes - past experience as programmer and functional-technical analyst required
  • Experience in SW development projects, transformation projects and / or 3rd party solution integrations
  • English : advanced / fluent (C1). Minimum B2
