What Can You Expect?

As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Project Planning and Monitoring: Develop detailed project plans, coordinate tasks, and monitor execution to ensure objectives and deadlines are met.
• Project Oversight and Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end process of developing and delivering digital products, ensuring quality and timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships across global business units and preparing reports for senior management.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, prepare business cases, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Change Management: Oversee change processes to facilitate smooth adoption of new products and technologies.
• Collaboration and Cross-Functional Integration: Ensure effective governance and work closely with product and technical teams.
• Performance Measurement and Reporting: Define objectives, monitor benefits, and support continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

If you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic addition to our team:

• 5+ years in program or project management within digital or tech sectors, ideally in insurance or finance.
• Strong skills in project management tools, methodologies, and certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum).
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and adaptable to ambiguous scenarios.
• Familiarity with agile methods and digital product management.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
