Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of internal and outsourced projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from initiation to transition to operations.
• Delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives.
• Establishing project plans and mobilization, confirming scope, estimates, resources, roles, and responsibilities.
• Applying appropriate project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Leading project teams, ensuring success and resource efficiency.
• Monitoring project execution, establishing governance, and managing risks and issues.
• Ensuring compliance with Security and Privacy policies within project scope.

Minimum Requirements

• University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.
• At least 8 years of IT project management experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry, especially in Drug Development.
• Knowledge of GxP, 21CFR Part 11, and CSV lifecycle.
• Experience as a Product Owner for Platforms or large complex solutions is advantageous.
• Proficient in working with global teams, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Over 3 years of experience in product management and agile methodologies.
• Experience or exposure to digital innovation projects is a plus.
• Data strategy, data science, or data standardization experience is beneficial.
• Fluent in English.

Desirable Qualifications

• Over 7 years of IT project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially drug development.
• Hands-on experience with Agile projects for over 3 years.
