Formación

About the role

At FLANKS, we are looking for a Banking Back / Middle Office Specialist - EU Market to join our team. If you’re a motivated professional with a passion for financial services and an in-depth understanding of the German and / or UK market, this is your chance to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all data entries and updates, cross-referencing with original documents and third-party sources as necessary.
  • Incident Resolution : Investigate and resolve discrepancies and problems related to customer transactions and accounts.
  • Data Management : Collect, organize, and maintain detailed records of all assets, including real estate, investments, trusts, bank accounts, and other holdings.
  • Data Extraction : Extract relevant information from PDFs and other documents to incorporate into asset management databases.
  • Financial Operations Control : Oversee the financial operations exchange of clients with various banking entities.
  • Process Improvement : Collaborate on projects to improve and automate processes.
  • Database Utilization : Support different areas of the company by exploiting the database.
  • Communication : Act as a liaison between the client and banks, external advisors, including lawyers, accountants, and financial advisors.

What we'd love to see

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and / or Finance, or a Higher Degree in Administration or related fields.
  • Experience : Minimum of three years of experience in administrative, audit, or accounting roles within the financial / banking sector.
  • Language Skills : English / German / French native. Spanish is a plus.
  • Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Organizational Skills : Highly organized and methodical. Used to work in cross-functional tasks.
  • Results-Oriented : Strong focus on achieving results.
