adm-Indicia is seeking an IT Procurement Manager to oversee licensing, hardware lifecycle, and procurement governance in Barcelona. The role emphasizes policy adherence and budget control within the IT department.

You will manage software licences, renewals, vendor relations, and asset tracking across the full lifecycle, collaborating with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in managing software licensing and hardware asset lifecycles.
• Knowledge of licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, SaaS, subscriptions).
• Procurement experience including RFQ, PO, vendor relations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee software licence inventory, renewals, audits, and subscriptions.
• Own hardware and software asset tracking across the lifecycle; manage warranties and disposals.
• Source and purchase IT hardware, software, and services; manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and SLAs.
• Support budgeting, approvals, and purchasing documentation; ensure policy and contract compliance with Finance and Legal.

IT Procurement Manager

Description

Responsible for managing the operational, administrative, and financial aspects of the IT department. The role focuses on technology governance, software licensing, hardware lifecycle, procurement management, vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Software Licensing & Compliance

• Manage and maintain company-wide software licence inventory.
• Ensure licence compliance and manage renewals, audits, and subscriptions.
• Monitor usage vs entitlement and optimise licensing to control costs.
• Partner with Finance on cost allocation and forecasting.

IT Asset Management

• Own hardware and software asset tracking across the full lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate inventories and manage warranties, repairs, and disposals.
• Reconcile physical assets with system records using ITAM tools.

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Source and purchase IT hardware, software, and services.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and SLAs.
• Support budgeting, approvals, and purchasing documentation.
• Work closely with Finance and Legal to ensure policy and contract compliance.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong organisational and administrative skills
