Materialise’s Staff department is seeking an experienced IT governance professional to design and maintain the IT control framework, working with process owners and the CISO. You will translate regulatory and customer requirements into practical controls embedded in day-to-day IT work, and coordinate audits to ensure a strong risk posture.

In this role you will coach engineers, architects, and auditors to improve consistency and delivery, promote trust, and escalate risks early.

Formación

• 5+ years in IT process mgmt, governance, risk, or compliance in complex IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with operational IT processes and control frameworks in an agile context.
• Strong judgement balancing compliance, efficiency and delivery speed.
• Trusted advisor mindset to coach and align with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in English for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Govern and evolve the IT control framework and core IT process landscape with owners and stakeholders.
• Translate regulatory, certification, and customer requirements into practical, risk-based controls.
• Coordinate IT audits, support remediation, and act as IT audit interface.
• Maintain a clear IT service catalog with transparent service levels.
• Coach process and service owners to improve consistency, efficiency, and control.
• Escalate unmanaged risks early to reduce findings and boost audit confidence.
