Materialise is seeking a dynamic DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead the DevOps Tools Engineering and SRE teams within the Staff department. You will mentor engineers, shape technical direction, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable platforms.

You will drive incident response, IaC (Terraform/Ansible), CI/CD, and monitoring initiatives while managing budgets and cross-functional projects to ensure scalable, secure infrastructure across cloud and on-prem

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
• 2+ years of managerial experience leading technical teams.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled engineers.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
• Oversee incident response processes, ensuring timely resolution and thorough root cause analysis.
• Define and execute strategies related to SRE and DTE technologies, aligning with IT management and business stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee the team’s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting project and operational goals.
• Manage and prioritize SRE and DTE-related projects, ensuring clear scope, on-time delivery, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
