Materialise is seeking a seasoned IT governance professional to shape and govern the IT control framework and core processes within a dynamic Staff department in Barcelona. You will translate regulatory and customer requirements into practical controls, support audits, and drive risk-based improvements in collaboration with engineers, architects, and management.

• 5+ years of experience in IT process management, IT governance, risk, or compliance in complex IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with operational IT processes and control frameworks in an agile context.
• Strong judgment balancing compliance, efficiency, and delivery speed.

Responsabilidades

• Govern and evolve the IT control framework and core IT process landscape with process owners and stakeholders, including the CISO.
• Translate regulatory, certification, and customer requirements into practical, risk-based controls in day-to-day IT work.
• Own and continuously improve selected high-risk, audit-heavy processes.
