Amaris Consulting busca un Senior Project Manager para liderar la entrega end-to-end de proyectos de integración IT en un entorno internacional. Como líder, gestionarás múltiples plataformas empresariales y asegurarás la integración entre sistemas y proveedores.

El candidato ideal tiene 5–7 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, experiencia en Agile y PMI, habilidades de comunicación excepcionales y capacidad para coordinar equipos multiculturales y stakeholders a nivel global.

Formación

• Experiencia senior: 5–7 años en gestión de proyectos, preferably en IT de integración.
• Experiencia en gestión de carteras de proyectos y metodologías Agile.
• Conocimiento de estándares PMI.
• Experiencia en monitoreo y planificación de proyectos.
• Capacidad para gestionar proyectos complejos a nivel global con múltiples partes interesadas.
• Coordinación de proveedores, integradores y socios tecnológicos.
• Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales: ser específico, asertivo y organizado.
• Capacidad de trabajar en equipo en entornos multiculturales.
• Inglés fluido.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la entrega end-to-end de proyectos de integración IT que involucren ERP, OMS, WMS y otras plataformas empresariales.
• Gestionar alcance, plazos, presupuestos, riesgos y dependencias entre varias corrientes de trabajo.
• Coordinar y alinear a múltiples proveedores, integradores y socios tecnológicos, con claridad de responsabilidades.
• Actuar como punto de contacto entre stakeholders, equipos IT internas y proveedores externos.
• Impulsar la estrategia de integración, planificación y ejecución, incluyendo datos, interfaces, middleware y dependencias de sistemas.
• Facilitar foros de gobernanza, comités de dirección e actualizaciones ejecutivas con informes claros.
• Identificar proactivamente riesgos e retos de integración; definir e implementar planes de mitigación.

Job Description:

Join our team and lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects within a dynamic and international environment. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple enterprise platforms and ensuring seamless integration across diverse systems.

Your Missions:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise platforms
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams and systems
• Coordinate and align multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring clear accountability and delivery standards
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors
• Drive integration strategy, planning, and execution, including data, interfaces, middleware, and downstream system dependencies
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with clear, concise reporting
• Proactively identify risks, integration challenges, and cross-system impacts; define and implement mitigation plans

Your Profile:

• Senior-level experience (5–7years) in project management, preferably in IT integration projects
• Experience with project portfolio management and Agile project management methodologies
• Knowledge of Project Management Institute standards
• Experience in project monitoring and project planning
• Proven ability to manage complex global projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience coordinating vendors, system integrators, and technology partners
• Exceptional communication skills: Be specific, assertive, and organize your thoughts
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
• English fluent
