Amaris Consulting busca un Senior Project Manager para liderar la entrega integral de proyectos de integración IT en un entorno internacional. Coordinará plataformas empresariales y asegurará la integración entre sistemas diversos, gestionando stakeholders a nivel global.

Se requiere experiencia en gestión de proyectos, Agile y comunicación efectiva en un marco multicultural. Ubicado en Burgos, el rol es predominantemente presencial y ofrece un entorno de aprendizaje continuo y desarrollo

Formación

• Experiencia senior: 5–7 años en gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente IT/integración.
• Gestión de carteras de proyectos y metodologías Agile.
• Conocimiento de normas PMI y de monitorización/planificación de proyectos.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar la entrega de proyectos de integración IT de principio a fin.
• Gestionar alcance, plazos, presupuestos, riesgos y dependencias entre múltiples flujos y sistemas.
• Coordinación de proveedores, integradores y socios tecnológicos, con responsabilidades claras.

Job Description:

Join our team and lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects within a dynamic and international environment. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple enterprise platforms and ensuring seamless integration across diverse systems.

Your Missions:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT integration projects involving ERP, OMS, WMS, and other enterprise platforms
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams and systems
• Coordinate and align multiple vendors, system integrators, and technology partners, ensuring clear accountability and delivery standards
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors
• Drive integration strategy, planning, and execution, including data, interfaces, middleware, and downstream system dependencies
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive updates with clear, concise reporting
• Proactively identify risks, integration challenges, and cross-system impacts; define and implement mitigation plans

Your Profile:

• Senior-level experience (5-7years) in project management, preferably in IT integration projects
• Experience with project portfolio management and Agile project management methodologies
• Knowledge of Project Management Institute standards
• Experience in project monitoring and project planning
• Proven ability to manage complex global projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience coordinating vendors, system integrators, and technology partners
• Exceptional communication skills: Be specific, assertive, and organize your thoughts
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
• English fluent
