Amaris Consulting in Barcelona is seeking an HRBP for our consultants to drive onboarding, career development, and client relationships in an international environment. You will collaborate with Account Managers to support business growth and monitor project progress.

The role requires 1–3 years in recruitment and onboarding, HR administration experience, and strong team coordination. A Business or HR background and a proactive mindset are valued for shaping consultant success.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consultants onboarding and integration.
• Manage consultants' career paths and satisfaction.
• Lead recruitment processes and ensure successful hiring.
• Plan project kickoffs and monitor progress.
• Ensure client satisfaction through regular contact and project follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to support the business unit’s development.
• Monitor financial KPIs and track profitability of projects.
• Contribute to business growth through strategic planning and execution.
