Amaris Consulting is seeking an IT & Digital Project Manager for an eCommerce and mobile apps project. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate agile ceremonies, manage plans and risks, and act as the main liaison between business and technical stakeholders.

Join a cross-functional, international team and drive testing, handover, and ongoing improvements while reporting progress to senior leadership.

• Solid experience as a hands-on Project Manager in digital / IT projects.
• Strong communication skills and proven stakeholder management experience.
• Demonstrated ability in project planning, risk management, and proactive problem-solving.
• Experience coordinating Agile / SDLC delivery, including testing and operational handover.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end eCommerce and mobile app projects, from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and ensure SDLC best practices.
• Manage project plans, scope, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Act as main contact for business and technical stakeholders.
• Oversee testing activities and support handover to production and support teams.
• Track progress and report KPIs using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product teams for high-quality experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and tooling.
• Prepare and present status updates to senior stakeholders.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED

• Solid experience as a hands-on Project Manager in digital / IT projects
• Strong communication skills and proven stakeholder management experience
• Demonstrated ability in project planning, risk management, and proactive problem-solving
• Experience coordinating Agile / SDLC delivery, including testing and operational handover
• Good working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI
• Strong eCommerce background and experience with Mobile Applications
• UX/UI knowledge with a strong attention to detail and user-centric mindset
• Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams and manage multiple initiatives in parallel
• Professional proficiency in English; other European languages are a plus

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Lead end-to-end eCommerce and mobile app projects, from kickoff to successful delivery
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure SDLC best practices
• Manage project plans, scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Act as the main point of contact for business and technical stakeholders, aligning expectations and priorities
• Oversee testing activities and support operational handover to production and support teams
• Use Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI to track progress, document decisions, and report on KPIs
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product teams to guarantee high-quality user experiences
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and delivery practices
• Prepare and present status reports and executive updates to senior stakeholders
