Job summary

Talantir, a manufacturing plant in Alcalá de Henares, seeks an IT/OT Systems Administrator to support users and maintain IT services, network and security across the plant.

You will manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and server infrastructure, assist with IT/OT migrations, ensure service levels, and contribute to CSV compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronics/Industrial Automation, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience managing IT systems, networks and security.
• Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, networks, and virtualization.
• Experience with MES, SCADA, QMS, and WMS, and PLC/machine interfaces is a plus.
• Good written and spoken English and ability to interact with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and IT services to maintain service levels and improve efficiency.
• Oversee installation and configuration of network and communication systems and devices.
• Manage AD, Microsoft 365 clients, and virtualized environments.
• Support IT/OT migration and integration projects.
• Coordinate and monitor service levels of suppliers and partners.
• Develop technical documentation per policies and best practices.
