Job summary

Bihr in the Murcia region seeks an IT Infrastructure Specialist to ensure high availability across a hybrid, multi-site environment. You will manage on‑premise and cloud systems, servers, firewalls, and networks, deploying changes per internal procedures and driving improvements.

The role requires Spanish and English at B2 level, scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Ansible), and experience with Fortinet, Ubiquiti, and 3CX.

Qualifications

• Academic training in Computer Science.
• Proven experience in managing IT systems, on-premise and/or in the cloud, LAN/WAN networks, backup tools. Be familiar with scripting (PowerShell, Ansible).
• Experience in firewall, network and telephony systems like Fortinet, Ubiquiti, and 3CX.
• Experience maintaining business-critical production systems (e-commerce, ERPs like S4/HANA, or warehouse management apps).
• Spanish and English B2 level; other languages such as French, Italian or German are a plus.
• Proactive, autonomous and organised; able to learn and propose solutions via teamwork.
• Living near Totana, Murcia is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job Mission

Ensure that our network infrastructure and IT systems operate at the highest level of availability and integrity in a hybrid and multi-site environment.

Expected results

• Operate in the context of our complete IT infrastructure, with excellent knowledge of the various infrastructure components and tools.
• Deploy the components of the IT infrastructure (servers, switches, firewalls, etc.) following existing procedures, proposing improvements where necessary.
• Maintain the infrastructure in a secure and up-to-date state at all times, participating in our frequent update campaigns.
• Manage user permissions and roles strictly following the access management process.
• Ensure the security of computer systems by applying our security policies at all times, proposing improvements and educating our users.
• Analyze IT infrastructure issues reported by the support team or monitoring tool. Propose and implement solutions and improvements.
• Participate in day‑to‑day support, including end‑user support as needed and maintenance tasks related to IT infrastructure.

Profile Wanted

• Academic training in Computer Science.
• Proven experience in managing IT systems, on‑premise and/or in the cloud, LAN/WAN networks, backup tools. Be familiar with scripting (PowerShell, Ansible).
• Experience expected in firewall & network & telephony system like FORTINET and UBIQUITI and 3CX
• Experience in maintaining business‑critical production systems (e.g. support for e‑commerce websites, ERPs (ideally S4/HANA) or warehouse management applications).
• Spanish and English B2 level. Knowledge of other languages such as French, Italian or German will be an asset.
• Proactive, autonomous and organized person, who likes to learn and participate in the proposal of solutions through teamwork.
• Living near our workplace in Totana, in the Region of Murcia, would be an advantage.
