What you will be doing

IT & Ops Vendor Management Office - Office of CTOO (Openbank)

We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group, currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion. Since 2017, we have been expanding, especially in technology, using agile methodologies to enhance customer experience. We have launched in several countries and are planning more.

Mission and responsibilities

As a member of the IT & Ops Vendor Management Office, you will define and implement sourcing strategies, support procurement policies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure value for money through contracts and negotiations.

Main tasks include:

• Managing operational relationships with suppliers/partners.
• Overseeing SLA performance and reporting.
• Participating in supplier selection and evaluation.
• Analyzing costs and outsourcing opportunities.
• Negotiating contractual terms with procurement support.
• Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues.
• Managing supplier relationships during exit processes.

Qualifications:

• Six or more years in technology sourcing, procurement, or vendor management.
• Experience in creating and executing sourcing strategies.
• Understanding of outsourcing and digital business trends.
• Strong contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to interact with senior leaders and build relationships.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
