SAMY Iberia is seeking an IT Trainee to support the Madrid office and assist with regional IT operations across Europe. You will work in the Global IT Digital Workplace team, gaining hands-on experience with devices, apps, networks, and security under global standards.

Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, collaborate, and adapt, with fluency in English and Spanish. The role offers hybrid work and development opportunities within a fast-growing, global brand.

Formación

• Education or basic experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
• Familiarity with macOS, Windows, basic networking concepts, and cloud tools.
• Eager to learn, fix issues, and improve technical processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with a service-oriented attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Learn to set up, track, and maintain Apple and PC devices using SOTI MDM.
• Provide basic (L1) support for tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Monday.com
• Assist in troubleshooting local office Wi‑Fi, networks, and VPNs, while learning endpoint security practices.
• Help maintain IT guides, asset inventories, and learn to apply global IT standards.

Role Mission

As an IT Trainee, you will learn to support our local Madrid office and assist with regional IT operations across Europe. Working within our Global IT Digital Workplace team, you'll gain hands‑on experience managing hardware, enterprise software, networks, and IT security under global standards,

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, track, and maintain Apple and PC devices using SOTI MDM.
• Provide basic (L1) support for tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Monday .com
• Assist in troubleshooting local office Wi‑Fi, networks, and VPNs, while learning endpoint security practices (ESET AV and GDPR compliance).
• Help maintain IT guides, asset inventories, and learn to apply global IT standards.

Skills & Experience

• Education / Background: Studies or basic experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
• Familiarity with macOS, Windows, basic networking concepts, and cloud tools.
• Eager to learn, fix issues, and improve technical processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with a service-oriented, helpful attitude.
