Formación

Descripción del empleo

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Operations to oversee and manage the IT infrastructure and operational support for our Spain region. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless IT service delivery, managing system uptime, and implementing operational improvements in collaboration with regional and global IT teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day IT operations across the Spain region, ensuring high availability and performance of systems and services.

Monitor, maintain, and improve IT infrastructure and service delivery.

Respond to and resolve technical incidents, service requests, and issues efficiently.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

Ensure compliance with internal and external IT regulations and procedures.

Support IT audits and prepare necessary documentation and reports.

Implement automation and scripting to streamline operational processes where applicable.

Provide on-call support as required and manage escalation procedures.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills :

Strong experience in IT Operations and Infrastructure Management.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Good understanding of IT service management principles (e.g., ITIL).

Advanced level of English and Spanish is a must.

Good-To-Have Skills :

Proficiency in Linux platform administration.

Experience with Git version control system.

Ability to write and maintain Linux shell scripts for automation.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices is a plus.
