IT Operations Manager

We are looking for a person with an excellent capability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and experience implementing efficient processes on cloud-based solutions to join our team in.

Position Snapshot:

1. Location: Barcelona, Spain.
2. Type of contract: Permanent.
3. Stream: IT Analytics, Data Integration.
4. Remote policy: Hybrid work.
5. Languages: Fluent Business English.

What you'll do:

1. Play a crucial role in capturing feedback from business users and stakeholders to meet expected service levels, data governance best practices, and drive product excellence.
2. Support continuous improvement of existing business processes, governance, and user engagement of IT Sustainability solutions.
3. Supervise implementation of enhancements with business and technical stakeholders.
4. Facilitate operational calls with product owners and other sustainability stakeholders.
5. Ensure efficient regular reporting processes across Sustainability solutions and ensure IT security standards are applied across these solutions.
6. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
