A leading technology firm is seeking a junior technical support professional for their client office in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have strong Linux and shell scripting skills, along with knowledge of Oracle and jBoss. This role involves writing technical documentation and providing high-quality support under pressure while maintaining customer satisfaction principles. Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends.

Formación

• Experience level: junior.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts and weekends.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Strong knowledge of Linux and shell scripting

Knowledge of Transact (T24), Automic (UC4) Scheduling

Knowledge of jBoss and oracle will be considered as an advantage

Ability to write technical support documentation

Fluent written and verbal skills in English, Spanish is a plus

Willingness to work flexible hours / Shifts / weekends when needed
