Formación

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive IT Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day IT operations, supporting users, managing system access, and ensuring smooth execution of routine IT tasks and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to help keep our technology operations running efficiently. As part of your role, you will also contribute to innovative projects in drone technology.

Key Responsibilities :

IT Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate routine IT operational tasks such as system checks, updates, and user support workflows.
  • Assist with managing IT service requests and tracking progress through ticketing systems.
  • Maintain IT operations documentation, including procedures, inventories, and knowledge base articles.
  • Help ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices.

User Support & Account Management

  • Facilitate user onboarding / offboarding processes, including account setup, hardware distribution, and orientation coordination.
  • Manage user access controls in accordance with company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between users and technical teams to ensure prompt and clear resolution of IT issues.
  • Track and maintain user records and asset assignments.

Technical Support

  • Serve as first point of contact for IT-related inquiries and issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Provide remote and in-person support to staff.
  • Document support tickets and solutions in the company's knowledge base.

Software & Application Support

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain company software applications.
  • Troubleshoot software issues and implement solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for software configurations.
  • Assist with software license management.

Qualifications

Required :

  • Associate's degree in IT or last year, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or operations
  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts
  • Understanding of IT security best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Should have C1 level proficiency in English

Preferred

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Basic understanding of IT automation
