Power Factors is seeking a senior IT professional to own EU IT operations and lead our identity and access management program. You will be a high-trust individual contributor, shaping security and scale across the region while managing the Microsoft environment, Atlassian stack, and Claude AI tooling.

The role requires hands-on Entra ID / Azure AD expertise, scripting, and the ability to implement robust IAM processes with minimal supervision. Sevilla, on-site, full-time opportunity.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in IAM or security engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, conditional access, and Defender integration.
• Proficiency with authentication/federation protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full IAM program including SSO, MFA, PAM, and lifecycle mgmt across SaaS and internal apps.
• Architect and maintain integrations using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM; administer Azure AD as central IdP.
• Design RBAC/ABAC models; lead access reviews and certification campaigns.
