Roche & Company is seeking a Network Infrastructure Engineer in Madrid to design, implement and optimize large-scale networks. You will work with stakeholders and vendors to build robust IT solutions, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure service reliability. A strong background in networking and automation is required, with CCNP preferred.

You will collaborate across teams to meet SLAs, OLAs, and SLOs while supporting on-call duties and ongoing modernization of our infrastructure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, Wireless networks.
• Cisco CCNP certification preferred.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and IaC.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure infrastructure aligns with SLAs, OLAs, SLIs, and SLOs.
• Design, build and maintain IT solutions meeting performance, availability, security and compatibility requirements.
• Apply software engineering principles to large-scale IT infrastructure and automate where possible.
• Manage ITSM processes and track incident/problem/change/request lifecycle.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders; may lead projects to meet goals and dates.
• Ensure vendors meet high standards and maintain knowledge of current technologies across data center, LAN/WAN, and automation.
