Roche in Madrid seeks an intermediate IT Infrastructure Engineer for a balanced 50/50 hybrid role spanning traditional infrastructure and automation. You will design, build, and deploy resilient backup solutions, both on‑prem and in the cloud, applying DevOps practices to create test‑driven infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Formación

• 3-6 years of relevant experience, or 1-3 years with a Master’s degree, preferably in a multinational environment.
• DevOps experience addressing difficult technical problems and designing, building, testing, and implementing integrated IT infrastructure solutions.
• Experience representing workgroups on project teams, managing milestones, and potentially leading small project teams or mentoring individuals.
• Experience with backup technologies and disaster recovery planning.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and implement integrated, resilient infrastructure backup solutions, on‑premises or in the public cloud.
• Design and implement test‑driven infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provision, deliver, and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) and orchestration systems.
• Produce and maintain documentation for designs, patterns, and automated components.
• Evaluate technologies via PoCs and act as a technical consultant to stakeholders.
• Ensure all solutions comply with Quality and Regulatory standards.
