Morningstar seeks an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our global 3rd‑line network team in Madrid. You will lead design, implementation, and delivery of network solutions for global projects, and drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability and resilience.

You will ensure the security, stability and operational integrity of voice and data networks, acting as escalation point and contributing to architectural decisions while collaborating with colleagues across EMEA

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Cisco IOS/NX-OS administration in enterprise networks.
• 5+ years of Cisco Firepower and Palo Alto firewall experience.
• Strong routing, QoS, VoIP, BGP and EIGRP knowledge.
• Familiarity with Cisco DNA Centre, SFMC, VPNs and WAN design.
• Experience with network automation, F5, VMware, Windows AD/Exchange is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, implementation, and delivery of network solutions for global projects.
• Drive automation and modernization to improve efficiency, scalability, and resilience.
• Ensure security, stability, and operational integrity of global networks.
• Serve as escalation point for complex incidents and influence architecture decisions.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and knowledge resources.
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations, including out-of-hours support.
