As the Senior People Operations Partner, you will play a pivotal role in building and sustaining a thriving organizational culture. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will work across core people functions, with a strong focus on Talent Management, Talent Development, and Employee Experience. You will act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, driving initiatives that support growth, engagement, and operational excellence.

Your impact

  • People Operations: Oversee seamless HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding; Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of people policies, ensuring compliance with global labor laws and best practices; Leverage data to provide insights and drive decision-making on employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with the VP People and Hiring Managers to identify skill gaps in the organization to meet business objectives; Partner on workforce planning to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
  • Learning and Development: Build and lead impactful L&D programs to support employee growth; Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and mentorship initiatives; Develop and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D efforts and align them with business goals.
  • Talent Development: Implement improved performance management processes; Work closely with managers and employees to create personalized career development plans; Champion succession planning and internal mobility to unlock employee potential.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a culture of feedback, collaboration, and inclusivity; Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a People Operations, HR Business Partner, or similar role, ideally in a high-energy, tech-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent management, learning and development, and talent development.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, with a global perspective.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics.
  • Passion for fostering inclusive and innovative cultures.
