Are you an IT Monitoring Technician seeking a new interesting challenge?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Monitor IT infrastructure 24/7 using Centreon and Azure Monitoring tools.
- Detect, triage, and escalate incidents using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix).
- Configure and maintain monitoring thresholds and alerts.
- Ensure monitoring data aligns with the CMDB.
- Generate and maintain reports/dashboards on system health and compliance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize monitoring effectiveness.
- Analyze trends, suggest performance improvements, and fine-tune alerts.
- Monitor snapshot statuses and escalate issues promptly.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles
- Native Spanish Language
- Advanced English Language
- Hands-on experience with Centreon, Azure Monitoring, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
- Solid understanding of incident management, escalation, and ITIL v4 practices.
- Familiarity with CMDB and configuration management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to handle high incident volumes in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Work Schedule: 12x5 rotating shifts from 7am to 7pm
