Are you an IT Monitoring Technician seeking a new interesting challenge?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Monitor IT infrastructure 24/7 using Centreon and Azure Monitoring tools.
• Detect, triage, and escalate incidents using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix).
• Configure and maintain monitoring thresholds and alerts.
• Ensure monitoring data aligns with the CMDB.
• Generate and maintain reports/dashboards on system health and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize monitoring effectiveness.
• Analyze trends, suggest performance improvements, and fine-tune alerts.
• Monitor snapshot statuses and escalate issues promptly.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles
• Native Spanish Language
• Advanced English Language
• Hands-on experience with Centreon, Azure Monitoring, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
• Solid understanding of incident management, escalation, and ITIL v4 practices.
• Familiarity with CMDB and configuration management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to handle high incident volumes in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Work Schedule: 12x5 rotating shifts from 7am to 7pm
