Job summary

Titan OS Partnership is seeking an IT Leader to shape and govern the company’s IT strategy for 200+ staff across two regions. You will own roadmap, budget, and security, while leading a small IT team and coordinating with CTO and executives.

You will manage SSO/IdP, EDR, RMM, MDM and network infrastructure, ensuring ISO 27001 alignment and reliable IT services for employees and external collaborators.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with at least 3 years leading an IT team.
• Hands-on capability to configure and fix systems.
• Experience owning IT strategy, roadmap and budget for 150+ staff.
• Ability to develop integrations using APIs and scripting.
• Strong knowledge of identity management (SSO/IdP Okta).
• Experience with MDM across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Experience with EDR, RMM, and network infrastructure.

Role overview:

Overall responsibility for the IT function at TitanOS, covering IT strategy, roadmap, budget, team leadership, infrastructure, security and day-to-day operations across 200+ employees and two regions. You will work closely with the CTO and business leadership to shape the company’s IT direction and translate business needs into secure, scalable and effective technology solutions, while staying close enough to the technical environment to make informed decisions and provide the right level of technical direction.

You will lead a team of two IT Engineers across two regions, ensuring clear priorities, ownership and effective collaboration, while managing key technology vendors and SaaS providers. You will also drive the development and continuous improvement of TitanOS’s IT infrastructure, security and operational processes, ensuring they are reliable, scalable and aligned with ISO 27001 requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own IT strategy, roadmap and budget, working with the CTO.
• Lead, coach and grow a team of 2 IT engineers across two regions.
• Own the full IT stack: SSO/IdP, MDM (Windows, Mac and Linux), EDR and RMM.
• Own network and Wi-Fi infrastructure (Palo Alto, Aruba, etc.).
• Manage SaaS governance across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Atlassian and other tools.
• Own the employee IT lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, access and device management.
• Lead IT initiatives across departments with Finance, Legal, HR, Security and Engineering.
• Set IT policies, security controls and documentation standards.
• Build and maintain IT infrastructure aligned with ISO 27001 requirements, and support audits.
• Oversee helpdesk operations for internal teams and external collaborators.

What makes you a great fit:

• 7+ years in IT, with at least 3 years leading an IT team or function.
• Proven experience owning IT strategy, roadmap and budget in a company of 150+ people.
• Must be hands-on: able to configure, troubleshoot and fix systems yourself, not only manage others who do it.
• Able to develop integrations using APIs and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of identity and access management (SSO/IdP Okta).
• Experience managing mixed device fleets with MDM across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Experience with EDR and RMM tools.
• Experience with network and Wi-Fi infrastructure, including VPN and firewalls (Palo Alto, Aruba or similar).
• Experience running Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Atlassian in a SaaS-first company.
• Good knowledge of ISO 27001 and how to turn its requirements into real IT controls.
• Clear communicator who can work with non-technical teams and senior leaders.
• Bonus: experience leading teams across regions, supporting external collaborators, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), or taking a company through ISO 27001 certification.
