Your role

Design, plan, implement and maintain the Infrastructure Services, and those activities that are necessary to maintain all the systems and facilities related to the Information Technology of La Farga in optimal operating and performance conditions according to the established service level.

You will be responsible for :

1. Lead the management of the Company's processes.
2. Develop your direct team and the KU team while promoting their cohesion.
3. Design, supervise, maintain and develop the Company's business processes, incorporating "best practices".
4. Define, propose, implement and control information systems based on the Company's Strategic Plan in the short, medium and long term.
5. Design, implement and supervise the technological solutions that allow leading the digital transformation to meet the needs of the Company and the users.
6. Management, innovation and integration of the organization's communication systems (telephony, printers, television, screens,...).
7. Review, update and systematically propose improvements to policies and processes in your area.
8. Development of the skills and abilities of the entire systems team.

Requirements

What do we look for?

You will rock at this role if you :

1. Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Ing. Telecommunications or similar with specialization studies in business management and information systems (can come from careers such as ADE with specialization in information systems).
2. Valuable profiles in the area of applications and processes of dept. information systems or information system implementation consultants.
3. More of a manager profile than an operative one.
4. Ability to form and manage teams.
5. Experience in ERP implementation and management. SAP and MAPEX expert.
6. Knowledge of English.
7. Can work with external support consultancies : negotiation capacity to manage Outsourced Services.

9. Direct team 8 people + 16 indirect Key Users
10. Expenditure budget €1.5 million + investment (does not include own personal cost).
11. IS users : 200
