We are looking for an IT Lead profile to join a highly stable and long-term remote position with one of the largest clients worldwide. The ideal candidate has experience in Appian deliveries, software development project management, and cloud technologies. This role is for Santander UK, requiring a high level of English (C1 preferred) as it is the primary working language.

Skills

• Designing and implementing fast, efficient heterogeneous solutions with horizontally scalable open source technologies.
• Experienced in Appian deliveries, software engineering, and cloud.
• Proven experience in project delivery / management and agile team management, demonstrating successful product delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Strong time management and negotiation skills.

What We Offer

Permanent contract.

Remote work is valued at 100%, though hybrid in Madrid is preferred.

Salary range : €45,000-€55,000 annually (flexible based on experience).
