Sulzer is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple IT projects in Madrid, aligning with strategic priorities and ensuring value delivery. You will guide project teams across a dynamic, multicultural environment and collaborate with business leaders to translate IT demands into actionable initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 9+ years in IT/business settings, strong governance experience, and formal project management certifications.

Formación

• 9+ years in IT/business environments
• 5+ years in leadership roles
• Strong experience with project methods and methodologies
• Solid knowledge of operating models (Ops Models)
• Proven experience in financial management within IT or project-driven environments
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and change management
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Lead and guide the execution of multiple IT projects, aligning with Sulzer’s priorities
• Monitor progress, manage risks, ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence
• Maintain documentation, status reports, and dashboards for leadership
