Sulzer is seeking an IT Lead Expert to drive complex SAP S/4HANA transformation projects within the Business Transformation Program. You will guide design, implementation, and rollout of Sulzer's global SAP S/4HANA template, ensuring governance, quality, and business value across international teams.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact ERP transformations while promoting best practices and a collaborative One

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 15+ years in SAP consulting, solution architecture, transformation leadership, or program governance.
• 5–6+ years SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, including large global transformations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, global template design, integration, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment.
• Experience with global template design, fit-to-standard workshops, governance, and design reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality assurance activities across all SAP S/4HANA transformation phases.
• Establish and manage quality gates, review frameworks, and acceptance criteria.
• Review designs and deliverables for-alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Promote Clean Core principles and scalable solution design.
• Conduct phase-gate and readiness reviews across milestones.
• Assess risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Provide expert advice to program leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration among business, IT, SAP specialists, and partners.
• Review partner deliverables, estimates, and design recommendations.
• Challenge solutions that add unnecessary complexity or long-term maintenance.
