Una empresa especializada en el sector aeronáutico busca un Técnico en Infraestructura IT para unirse a su equipo en Vitoria. La posición implica definir y mantener infraestructuras, administrar sistemas en entornos híbridos y garantizar la continuidad del servicio. Formación

• Título en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o campo relacionado.

• Definir, instalar, mantener y soportar infraestructuras tecnológicas.
• Administrar y mantener infraestructuras físicas y virtuales.
• Implementar políticas de seguridad y participar en auditorías de ciberseguridad.

Aernnova is strengthening its team of IT Infrastructure Technicians!

What we expect from you:

• Define, install, maintain, and support the company's technological infrastructures and systems, ensuring deadlines, quality, cost, and customer service standards.
• Administer and maintain physical and virtual infrastructures (servers, networks, storage) in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to networks, operating systems, hardware, and software.
• Monitor systems and networks proactively to ensure service continuity.
• Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs; diagnose connectivity and performance issues.
• Implement security policies, manage patches, control access, and participate in cybersecurity audits.
• Administer backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.
• Draft and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and user manuals.
• Participate actively in deployment, migration, or infrastructure improvement projects.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors and service providers for issue resolution and warranty management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Over 2 years of experience.
• High proficiency in English.
• Experience in IT systems administration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity.
