Una empresa líder en el sector aeronáutico busca un Técnico de Infraestructuras IT para unirse a su equipo en Bilbao. El rol incluye garantizar la instalación y soporte de infraestructuras tecnológicas, con un enfoque en la ciberseguridad y la administración de sistemas. Se requiere un título en Ingeniería, más de 2 años de experiencia y un alto nivel de inglés. Se ofrecen oportunidades de crecimiento profesional en un entorno colaborativo y flexible.

Formación

• Experiencia previa de más de 2 años en administración de sistemas IT.
• Conocimientos sólidos en ciberseguridad.
• Nivel alto de inglés.

• Definición, instalación, mantenimiento y soporte de infraestructuras tecnológicas de la empresa.
• Administración y mantenimiento de infraestructuras físicas y virtuales.
• Implementación de políticas de seguridad y gestión de parches.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Ensure the definition, installation, maintenance, and support of the company's technological infrastructures and systems, in accordance with the principles of meeting deadlines, quality, cost, and customer service.

• Administration and maintenance of physical and virtual infrastructures (servers, networks, storage, etc.) in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).
• Troubleshooting of complex issues related to networks, operating systems, hardware, and corporate software.
• Proactive system and network monitoring using monitoring tools to ensure service continuity.
• Configuration and maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs. Diagnosis of connectivity and performance issues.
• Implementation of security policies, patch management, access control, and collaboration in cybersecurity audits.
• Administration of backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.
• Drafting and maintenance of technical documentation, operational procedures, and user manuals.
• Active participation in deployment, migration, or improvement projects involving technological infrastructures.
• Coordination with hardware vendors and service providers for issue resolution and warranty management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Previous experience: More than 2 years
• High level of English
• Experience in IT systems administration.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity.
