Formación

• Experiencia en la implementación física de elementos de infraestructura IT.
• Conocimientos en redes lógicas y computación virtualizada.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar en el diseño y soluciones de infraestructura IT dentro de los plazos y presupuestos.
• Gestionar el inventario de hardware adquirido y asegurar la conformidad con los estándares.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and others to produce IT Infrastructure designs & solutions within project schedule and budget constraints.
• Ensure the digital scope and systems comply with policies, standards, guidelines, and current best practices.
• Be an advocate and a champion for a digital enabling IT Infrastructure.
• Collaborate on the development of cost estimates for the IT Infrastructure scope of the projects.
• Collaborate on building the schedule of activities for the IT Infrastructure scope of the projects.
• Provide updates in weekly status meetings.
• Collaborate on the write-up of project phase documentation deliverables (e.g., Basis of Design).
• Collaborate on the development of systems life cycle documentation.
• Stay on top of and support construction activities with interdependencies to IT Infrastructure scope, including walkdowns during construction and sign off on the physical IT Infrastructure installation compliance with company standards.
• Manage purchased hardware inventory.
• Collaborate on the identification, configuration, and installation of shop floor hardware solutions.
• Collaborate with partners on the audio visual and security scope of the project.

Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge and / or experience in most of the following is required :

• Physical implementation of IT Infrastructure elements (network hardware, server hardware, computer and telecom rooms, network cabling, etc.).
• Logical networking.
• Virtualized computing infrastructure.

Knowledge and / or experience in some of the following would be an asset :

• Leading project teams.
• Technical project management.
• Manufacturing facility construction.
