Envision AESC UK Ltd. seeks an IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist to back the rollout of a new battery plant in Extremadura, Spain. The role focuses on day‑to‑day IT support for Spanish business users and infrastructure planning with the global IT team.

Based in Navalmoral de la Mata with occasional trips to the Madrid office, the candidate will work closely with European and Global IS/IT teams on network, server and governance activities.

Formación

• Cisco-certified network professional with 5+ years of supporting networks in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong capability in English language.
• Experience with Cisco Architecture Nexus (9K, 7K and 2K) or Catalyst.
• Routing protocols (OSPF) and Data Centre Security Devices (ASA and Palo Alto).
• Office 365, inTune and Domain Administration; Windows OS expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting networking‑related project activities such as fibre, copper cable location planning.
• Rollout and support of network and server infrastructure.
• Main point of helpdesk support for all Spanish users.
• Problem management, investigating, fault‑finding, identifying the root cause and implementing permanent fixes.
• Working closely with European and Global IS/IT teams.
• Liaising with local system users, colleagues from other plants, 3rd party providers, Head Office.
