TD SYNNEX is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager in Madrid to drive disciplined project delivery across IT infrastructure initiatives, including office downsizing or relocations, data center migrations, and workplace transformations.

You will plan, track, and report progress, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams while maintaining high standards of communication in English; Spanish is a plus. This full-time hybrid role offers career growth in a global Fortune 500 company.

Apply best‐practice project management standards to create and maintain project documentation, including detailed project plans, ensuring activities are executed on time and to required quality standards. Plan, track, and report on project progress, ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are identified and managed proactively. Mobilise project teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, engagement, and support throughout the project lifecycle to deliver effective and sustainable change. Provide constructive challenge and guidance to influence decisions and drive optimal project outcomes. Promote professional project management practices by delivering a consistent, transparent, and high‐quality service to internal stakeholders. Coach and support colleagues involved in project delivery across the organisation. Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and clear communication. Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Proven experience in project management within IT‐driven environments. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels. Self‐driven, proactive, and able to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency is beneficial. Strong organisational ability and a high level of attention to detail. Experience managing cross‐functional teams and communicating at all levels of the organization. Degree‐level education or equivalent experience (Project Manager level). Practical understanding of the end‐to‐end project management lifecycle. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point. Occasional travel required.
