TD SYNNEX in Barcelona is seeking a Process Consultant to standardize, streamline, and automate end-to-end processes with a focus on cross-country efficiency and adaptability.

You will collaborate with IT, RPA, and Celonis teams to implement sustainable improvements, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies. This role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and strong English communication.

Formación

• +5 years of experience in similar role, ideally in a pan European setup.
• Strong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Experience on Change Management on multi-function/country projects
• Experience on Process Mining tools (e.g. Celonis) and on AI tools is a plus.
• SAP knowledge (SAP ECC, HANA and Business Warehouse) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to converse and write effectively in English.
• Strong communication skills with different levels of stakeholders
