General Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Architect to manage the infrastructure architecture and coordinate daily interactions with infrastructure support providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset. This role requires a professional level of English and expertise in Azure or AWS, as well as knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee the infrastructure architecture to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.
- Manage and maintain daily communication with infrastructure support providers, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues.
- Define and enforce best practices for cloud infrastructure, focusing on performance, cost optimization, and automation.
- Implement and maintain SRE principles, improving system reliability through monitoring, automation, and incident response strategies.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
- Document architecture decisions, processes, and guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Systems Architect or similar role.
- Professional-level English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), including best practices for deployment, security, and cost management.
- Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, monitoring tools, and automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Other Requirements:
- Experience with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and problem management.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, or SRE-related fields are a plus.
Languages:
Proficient in English is a must.

Up to 3-5 years of experience.
