Job Description

We are seeking a competent IT Infrastructure Engineer responsible for the overall operational health (Security, Availability, Performance, Interoperability, and Reliability) of our information systems.

As a key team member, your ideas will be valued, and you'll be supported in daily challenges. We look forward to sharing experiences to foster growth and learning within the team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Providing Nexthink staff with optimal infrastructure and tools to meet business needs.
2. Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
3. Proactively ensuring the highest levels of system and infrastructure availability.
4. Communicating changes that impact existing services.
5. Performing regular security assessments and vulnerability evaluations to mitigate risks.
6. Analyzing business requirements to design, develop, and maintain technical systems solutions and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux-based environments; Windows Server administration is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting and Infrastructure as Code tools (Ansible, Terraform, Python, CI/CD such as Jenkins or Github Actions).
• Knowledge of virtual infrastructure architecture and operations (VMware vSphere cluster).
• Experience with public Cloud management (AWS and/or Azure).
• Familiarity with identity and access management solutions (IAM), such as Okta and EntraID.
• Motivated and curious to learn new technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• University degree is a plus.
