Who You Are

Experience and knowledge in at least one of the following architecture areas are required:

Operations:

• System Management: Experience with Windows, Linux, Unix OS management and server administration.
• Automation: Knowledge of tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and scripting in Bash or PowerShell.
• Monitoring and Performance: Ability to implement and manage tools like Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, and Dynatrace.
• Security: Knowledge of security measures and compliance.
• DevOps: Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Infrastructure:

• Network Design: Knowledge of network design and management including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Storage: Experience with SAN, NAS, and cloud storage solutions like Amazon S3 and Azure Blob Storage.
• Virtualization: Skills with VMware, Hyper-V, KVM.
• Cloud Computing: Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.

Resilience and Recovery:

Knowledge in high availability solutions and disaster recovery.

Data:

• Data Modeling: Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• ETL: Knowledge of tools like Talend, Informatica, Apache Nifi.
• Big Data: Skills with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka.
• Databases: Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Data Warehousing: Knowledge of data warehouses and BI solutions.

Cloud:

• Design and Architecture: Experience designing cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Migrations: Ability to plan and execute application and data migrations to the cloud.
• Security: Cloud security best practices including identity management, encryption, compliance.
• Automation and Orchestration: Skills with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes.
• Cost Optimization: Practices to reduce cloud costs (FinOps).
• Service Integration: Using APIs and tools to integrate cloud and on-premise systems.
