Job Description:

IT Helpdesk Technician at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, Marbella, Spain. Ranked in the top 2 for Hospitality Leisure Management by QS World University Ranking. Full-time position requiring on-site presence.

Overview: Under the supervision of the IT Manager, provide remote and on-site IT support to students and staff, primarily on campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support for Windows and Mac environments.
  2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate complex problems.
  3. Support applications, manage tickets, and document solutions.
  4. Install, upgrade, and configure hardware and software.
  5. Maintain inventory and manage procurement processes.
  6. Create knowledge base documentation and deliver training.
  7. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  8. Support audiovisual systems and manage Office 365 accounts.
  9. Ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or higher in IT.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MacOSX and Windows.
  • Knowledge of hardware, networking, and ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow).
  • Excellent English skills (minimum B2).
