SCIB Regulatory and Compliance is looking for an IT Functional Analyst, based in our Boadilla del Monte (Madrid) office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an IT Functional Analyst, you will participate in analysis processes and serve as the focal point for IT Teams to ensure all record-keeping requirements are met. Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business or regulatory requirements to design compliant solutions.
• Documenting analysis and test evidence in JIRA, Confluence, ALM.
• Performing relevant tests to ensure team delivery quality.

EXPERIENCE

2-3 years of experience, preferably transitioning from IT technician or developer roles to functional analysis.

EDUCATION

Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Previous experience as an IT technician or developer interested in functional analysis.
• Understanding requirements from business and regulatory perspectives.
• Technical mindset and ability to analyze data using queries.
• Testing skills.

Desirable Soft Skills

• Test automation knowledge.
• Knowledge of Treasury/Financial products.
• Interest in new technologies.
