IT Engineer

1. Maintain the on premises Active Directory Infrastructure, including Domain controllers, GPOs, Domain upgrades, DNS, DHCP, Windows update
2. Intune administration and engineering, to include collection and query creation and management; application and package creation and deployment; content distribution, management and troubleshooting, and custom report creation
3. Use Intune software update groups to keep Windows workstations and servers patched to correct levels
4. Act as a consultant to other IT/Applications teams for authentication and SSO setup to achieve business objectives
5. Azure AD – Identity and access management and Azure AD connect support, Azure Application proxy, Microsoft Tunnel, conditional access
6. Participate in ongoing projects related Active Directory and Azure AD
7. Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced systems engineers
8. Work independently and proactively collaborating with the rest of TUI MM IT teams and TUI Group IT teams
9. Develop strategies to maintain and enhance platform availability and operational efficiency

ABOUT YOU

1. Proficient in Microsoft technologies, especially on AD administration, Windows Server, AAD, ADFS, Remote Desktop
2. Detailed understanding in Cloud security, specifically in the area of Azure and the collaboration product M365
3. Expert knowledge of Intune to include device enrollment, policy management, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and conditional access
4. Proven knowhow in Cloud identity management and its security features (e.g. Conditional access, PIM)
5. Detailed understanding of Identity and Access Management, Modern authentication / SSO and authorization
6. AD Restore, Forest and Domain recovery
7. Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, keeping a team-oriented approach
8. Analytical and conceptual thinking mindset, as well as creative problem-solving skills
9. Programming basic skills is highly valuable
10. Effective communication skills in English, Spanish, verbal and written
11. Be a continuous learner, daily driving improvements on your own skillset
