Netenders Holding seeks a Head of IT to lead our technology strategy for a global e-commerce platform. You will manage the internal IT team, collaborate with remote vendors, and partner with the CEO and COO to drive innovation and uptime.

You will define a technology roadmap, oversee infrastructure, optimize performance, and mentor engineers with a focus on Ruby on Rails and React. The role is based in Barcelona with a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Formación

• Extensive experience in technical leadership within e-commerce.
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce technologies, cloud architectures, CMS, and databases.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails; strong React experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects and teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a visionary e-commerce technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to maintain competitive edge.
• Design and manage scalable infrastructure across frontend, backend, and native apps to ensure uptime and security.
• Recruit, mentor and lead tech teams with a focus on Ruby on Rails and React.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements across platforms.
• Lead development and launch of platform features within budgets and timelines.
• Oversee Google campaigns and feed integrations per platform guidelines.
